You can't get support for the software you have mentioned in your question because the official website's domain is now expired which means that currently there is no available option to contact the developers.

When I download and install Sticker Lite 6.3, I only get a one month trial not the free lite.

I have installed the application and it acts more like a demo/shareware version. It allows you to use all the features the program offers, but it also contains the buttons to register or activate the application. You can try installing the latest version available from the official website. On the website, the latest version is 10.0, as 6.3 was discontinued and it's now available only through the download page at the Software Informer.
